Music Festivals

Last summer I went to the best summer festival ever: Rock in Rio.

It was an incredible and exciting experience.

On 25th May I travelled to Lisbon, very early, so I could get a good spot on the park where this music festival takes place, Boavista. When we arrived, me, my sister and my parents saw thousands and thousands of people, so we run as fast as we could. It was exhausting but it was worth it, because we got a great spot. This festival had amazing bands: Metallica, Evanescence, Smashing Pumpkins, Linkin Park, Lenny Kravitz, Maroon  5, Stevie Wonder, Bryan Adams, Bruce Springsteen& the Street.

These bands did an great job, and made this festival, the best I have ever attended! It lasted for five days, so we stayed in a hotel, where we could rest from the excitement of the concerts. I loved the all event, but my favourite part was when Adam Levine, vocalist of Maroon 5, sang She Will Be Loved! It was magic and the audience started singing with this wonderful musician - it was very intimate!

It was a summer that I will never forget!!!!!!!!!!!
