- Explain the food pyramid

The food pyramid is a diagram that represents a set of dietary guide lines for humans, based on a recommended number of serving from each of several food groups.


 
Type of Food that we can find in the food pyramid:

Level 1 – bread, rice, pasta, potatoes, grains…

 Level 2 – apple, banana, strawberry, pineapple, orange, melon, carrot, tomato, lettuce…

Level 3 – milk, yoghurt, cheese, meat, fish, eggs.

Level 4 – butter, potato, chocolate, cake, cookie, pie and sugar.

- Slow Food Project

The Slow food project is an Eco gastronomic organization that was founded in 1989 to counteract fast food traditions and people´s dwindling interest in the food they eat, where it comes from, how it tastes and how our food choices affect the rest of the world.





- Fast Food

Fast food is any type of food that can be acquired quickly and cheaply, usually when people are in a rush or need something to eat quickly .
