The food
pyramid is a diagram that represents a
set of dietary
guide lines for
humans, based on a recommended number of serving from each of several food
groups.

Type of
Food that we can find in the food pyramid:
Level 1 – bread, rice, pasta, potatoes, grains…
Level 2 – apple, banana, strawberry, pineapple, orange, melon, carrot, tomato, lettuce…
Level 3 – milk, yoghurt,
cheese, meat, fish, eggs.
Level 4 – butter, potato, chocolate, cake,
cookie, pie and sugar.

food project is an Eco
gastronomic organization
that was founded in 1989 to counteract fast food traditions and people´s
dwindling interest in the food they eat, where it comes from, how it tastes and how our food choices
affect the rest of the world.

that can be acquired quickly and cheaply, usually when people are in a rush or need something to eat quickly .
